What if I miss my scheduled pick-up?

If you are running late or you don’t see the Gray Line vehicle, please call the number on your e-ticket/voucher to ensure you are waiting in the correct spot. Vehicles cannot be held behind as they are on a tight schedule for the tour days, but you'll be given directions to catch up to the tour or join at a later point. Please note that there are no refunds if you miss your pick-up, so please be a little early at your pick-up location so you are ready at the spot and waiting at your pick-up time.

Is smoking or drinking allowed aboard the transport vehicle?

For the health and safety of all passengers and drivers, smoking, vaping, and consumption of alcohol are not allowed on any of the Gray Line transport vehicles.

Are Wild Florida airboats wheelchair-accessible?

Yes, Wild Florida airboats are accessible by a wheelchair-friendly ramp from the back of the gift shop down to the airboat loading docks. However, there are a few steps from the dock to the airboat where the guest will need to be physically transferred from the wheelchair to the airboat. The Gator Park is also wheelchair-friendly as every exhibit is at ground level, and the paths inside the Gator Park are compacted shells and concrete.

Can I bring outside food and drinks into Wild Florida?

Yes, guests are more than welcome to bring their own packed lunches and drinks, but please note that coolers are not permitted on the airboat or inside Gator Park. You can also buy food at the Chomp House Grill—Wild Florida’s onsite restaurant.

Can we bring our pets to Wild Florida?

No, only service animals are permitted on the airboat ride and inside the park, and please note that service animals must always be leashed and are not allowed to enter interactive habitats. Kindly also note that emotional support animals are not considered service animals by the ADA.
